Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into small cubes, leave in a pan over medium heat.
  2. In the meantime, whisk and season the eggs. Mix the flour / cornstarch with the milk, mix everything with the eggs. Put everything in the pan, reduce the heat and stir evenly until the egg sets. Please don`t let the whole thing get too dry!
  3. Enjoy the lukewarm egg dish on strong farmer`s bread.
