Scrambled Eggs with Peppers and Leek
Instructions
- Wash and dry the leek and cut into fine rings. Wash and dry the pepper as well and remove the white inner walls. Then cut into small cubes.
- Peel the garlic clove.
- Whisk the eggs together with the spices and herbs. Put the garlic into the eggs through the press and mix everything together again.
- Let the oil get hot in a pan. Let the leek and peppers sauté for a few minutes. Then add the egg mixture and let it set while stirring constantly. It`s done.
