Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon in a coated pan without fat. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with a little milk, salt, pepper and a little paprika and add a few chopped basil leaves. Remove the fried bacon from the pan and set aside.
  2. Fry the tomatoes on both sides in the excess fat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cut the bacon strips into small pieces and distribute them evenly over the tomatoes in the pan. Then add the eggs and cook on a low level (it’s faster with the lid).
  3. Finally, spread a few chopped basil leaves on the egg. Enjoy with fresh toast or bread rolls.
