Instructions

  1. Put the carefully washed berries in a saucepan and press lightly with a spoon or pounder. Add a little water and let it simmer on a low level for about a quarter of an hour.
  2. Strain the fruit pulp through a sieve and fill in the sea buckthorn juice. Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
  3. Best to enjoy fresh.
  4. Sea buckthorn juice can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days, but is also great for freezing.
