Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the banana. Mix vigorously with the milk and sea buckthorn in a blender. If desired, add a few drops of sweetener to taste.
  2. Pour the sea buckthorn shake into a tall glass and garnish with a fruit skewer made from a slice of banana and an orange wedge and a sprig of lemon balm.
  3. Drink immediately, otherwise the foam will collapse again very quickly.
