Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup well. A pink base should be created. Be careful with the ketchup: it is better to add gradually so that it does not cover everything in taste.
  2. Season the base mixture with the other ingredients. The quantities given are only to be understood as guidelines.
  3. Tastes great with all seafood served cold, especially shrimp or prawns or as a change from the perennial horseradish with smoked salmon.
