- Put frozen seafood in boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes. Quench and drain. Clean and chop the peppers and zucchini.
- For the marinade, mix lemon, orange juice and white wine with salt and cayenne pepper, fold in the oil and add the chopped garlic.
- Mix the marinade with the seafood, parsley, paprika and zucchini.
- Cover and let stand well, season to taste again before serving.
