- Wash off the algae and thus desalinate it. Repeat if necessary. Then chop.

- Add the capers, lemon zest and a pinch of sugar and pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over them.
- Grill the country bread that you should be able to eat in one bite. Top with the seaweed tartar and serve immediately.
