Instructions

  1. Mix all the dough ingredients. Beat until the batter starts to bubble.
  2. The dough should be viscous. Let rest for 10 minutes. Boil salted water,
  3. Press the dough through the spaetzle press in portions (into the boiling water). Bring to the boil again briefly, remove with a slotted spoon and rinse in cold water.
  4. Then drain well.
  5. Bake in butter for serving. Salt.
