Bring the milk to the boil. Sprinkle in the semolina dry and stir vigorously. Cook the semolina for 3 - 4 minutes at level 1. When it is done, remove the semolina from the flame. Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
Separate the egg. Alloy the egg yolk with the finished flammeri. Beat the egg whites into snow and fold into the semolina. Put everything in a bowl and chill.
