Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the semolina and sugar to the boil and cook while stirring until the semolina is white (approx. 2-3 min.).
  2. Mix the semolina mass with the strawberry puree and the lemon juice in a cold mixer. The mass should double and get a consistency similar to egg white.
  3. You can add a little vanilla sugar to taste, but this is not used in my grandmother`s original recipe.
  4. Tastes best with wild strawberries.
