Instructions

  1. Mix the semolina, salt and sugar, then add the butter. Then knead well with water to form a round dough. (If the dough is too runny, let it rest for a while.)
  2. Shape the dough into a ball the size of an orange, roll it out into a flat cake and bake it in the pan.
  3. Bake for 7-15 minutes on each side until they are nice and brown.
