  1. Put the milk, honey and salt in a saucepan. Place on the stove and bring to a boil. Add the semolina and stir in with a whisk. Let soak for 15 minutes over low heat.
  2. In the meantime, melt the butter in a small pan and let it brown slightly. Add the cinnamon to the butter.
  3. Put the semolina in a plate, pour the cinnamon butter over it and serve.
