Instructions

  1. Put the milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil along with the sugar, vanilla sugar and flavor. Remove the saucepan from the hob and let the semolina trickle in while stirring. Stir for another minute and then leave to swell for another 2-3 minutes.
  2. Fill into bowls and enjoy either warm or cold.
