Boil the soy vanilla drink, the water, the butter vanilla flavor and possibly the sweetener together in a saucepan, then add the semolina and let it swell over a gentle heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then place the pot in the cold water bath and whip the semolina with the hand mixer on the highest setting. Add the carob gum and baking powder and whip for about another 5 minutes. The semolina pudding cools down, becomes creamy and takes on a light pudding-like consistency.
Thickened sour cherries, bananas or any other fruit go well with it. The amount can also be good enough for 2 people or for a good eater to eat pappsatted. Especially tasty: Crumble an oreo biscuit over it.
