Mix the dry ingredients well and knead a dough out of them together with the water. Knead for a good 5 minutes until it is a compact dough. Let rise in a warm place until the dough has visibly enlarged.
Then shape four flat cakes out of it on a floured work surface. Brush with the milk / coffee cream and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Let rise again covered until the flatbreads have enlarged.
Bake on two trays at 180 degrees (top / bottom heat, preheated) for approx. 20 minutes one after the other.
