Instructions

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil. Put a spoon aside, best puree the rest with a flour mill or alternatively with a hand blender to a paste. There are also ready-made sesame paste to buy, if you want to use this, it should only contain sesame without oil and spices.
  2. Mix the paste in the milk, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Mix the sesame paste evenly. Soak the gelatine in a little cold water, squeeze it out and stir it in the hot, but not boiling, sesame milk. Fill into bowls and let set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  3. For the syrup, heat the two types of sugar in the water until everything has dissolved. Let cool down. Scatter the set aside sesame seeds on the sesame cream and pour on the sugar syrup to serve.
