Instructions

  1. First, all ingredients, except egg white and sesame, are kneaded into a dough. This dough is divided into small or large balls. It is always best if the balls are about big enough that, when you roll them out, a round shape can be cut out with a larger glass. The round dough shapes cut out with the large glass are cut out again in the middle with a smaller glass, so that at the end a ring is left over. The remaining dough can be used to cut out remaining rings.
  2. Then the egg white is stirred with a little water until frothy. First the rings are turned in the egg white, then in the sesame.
