Instructions

  1. Knead crumble from the dough ingredients. Put 2/3 of it in a 26 springform pan. Press on the bottom and pull up the edge. Pre-bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes. Chill the rest of the dough.
  2. Heat the cider for the filling. Add the apples, raisins and lemon juice. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the packet, stir in and bring to the boil briefly. Fill the cake with the mixture.
  3. Spread the remaining crumble over the filling. Bake at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes until the crumble is golden brown. Let the cake cool overnight.
