Instructions

  1. Mix the sour cream with the orange juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the orange liqueur, grated orange peel and gelatine fix.
  2. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in.
  3. Use as a cake filling or fill into dessert glasses for a dessert. In any case, chill for about 4 hours.
