- Peel the Sharon and cut into pieces. Quarter the apricots. Remove the seeds from the chilli pepper and cut into small pieces.
- Put the fruits in a saucepan with apple cider vinegar, pomegranate syrup, cardamom and nutmeg, reduce the musky pieces.
- Add sugar and vodka to taste. Pour into prepared twist-off glasses while still hot.
- The amount makes about 5-6 glasses of 320 ml each.
