  1. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and then cut into cubes (if the dish is fried in the pan, you can cut it into smaller pieces). Put in a bowl and mix with lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, finely chopped mint and the spices. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
  3. Stick on wooden skewers for grilling or fry in a pan until crispy.
  4. This goes well with hummus, paprika cream, tahini, but also rice and salad. You can also fill flatbread with it and enjoy a kind of Schawarmadöner.
