Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree to a homogeneous mass. Or cut up the peppers and the sheep`s cheese and mix them with the rest of the ingredients with a fork. Let the cream soak for about 1 hour before serving.
If you don`t have a paprika pulp, you can also season with hot paprika powder. The cream is suitable as a side dish for grilling and as a spread on fresh baguette.
