Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly grate the carrot. Cut the sheep cheese into cubes. Whisk the eggs with a small dash of milk and mix in the carrots and feta cheese. Chop the herbs and mix them too. Season to taste with pepper. Salt is not necessary as the sheep cheese is salty enough. Put the egg mixture in a greased pan and let it set with the lid closed.
