- Roughly cut up the sheep`s cheese and place in the blitz chopper with the remaining ingredients. Chop everything into a slightly lumpy mass.
- If necessary, if you don`t have a flash chopper or similar, you can crush the cheese with a fork and then mix it with the ajvar.
- You can also replace the mint with parsley or leave it out if you don`t like it.
- Tastes very tasty with fresh, crispy white bread or Turkish flatbread: with olives!
