Ingredients

  • 400 g sheep cheese, Turkish
  • 1 glass ajvar, (spicy paprika cream)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • some mint, fresh, to taste

Instructions

  1. Roughly cut up the sheep`s cheese and place in the blitz chopper with the remaining ingredients. Chop everything into a slightly lumpy mass.
  2. If necessary, if you don`t have a flash chopper or similar, you can crush the cheese with a fork and then mix it with the ajvar.
  3. You can also replace the mint with parsley or leave it out if you don`t like it.
  4. Tastes very tasty with fresh, crispy white bread or Turkish flatbread: with olives!
