Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and mix carefully with the yeast. Add the remaining ingredients and process everything with the hand mixer (dough hook) first on low level and then for 5 minutes on highest level to a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has visibly enlarged (approx. 40 minutes).
Dust the dough lightly with flour and knead again briefly on the work surface.
Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet.
Cherry topping: Take the cherries out of the glass and let them drain, spread on the floor.
Streusel: Add the ingredients to the bowl and mix with the mixer until the streusel forms. Then distribute on the cherries.
