Clean the mushrooms (alternatively oyster mushrooms, Mu Err, Black Fungus or mushrooms) and cut into pieces.
Melt the butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms vigorously. Deglaze with soy sauce and cream, simmer a little over medium heat. Melt the parmesan in the sauce, stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tastes very good with rice or ribbon noodles.
Tip:
If you leave the finished mushroom pan on the hot stove for about 10 minutes with very little heat, the sauce will be wonderfully creamy.
