Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms (alternatively oyster mushrooms, Mu Err, Black Fungus or mushrooms) and cut into pieces.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms vigorously. Deglaze with soy sauce and cream, simmer a little over medium heat. Melt the parmesan in the sauce, stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Tastes very good with rice or ribbon noodles.

  5. If you leave the finished mushroom pan on the hot stove for about 10 minutes with very little heat, the sauce will be wonderfully creamy.
