Instructions

  1. First you cook the Brussels sprouts until just before they are cooked. In the meantime, put the small can of mushrooms and the vegetables in a pan with a little water and let them steam. When the Brussels sprouts are just about to cook, they are added to the pan and steamed a little more.
  2. Now the raw noodles are taken out of the package and washed in a sieve because they smell a bit fishy at first. After washing, the smell is gone. Now they have to be cooked for 3 minutes and then added to the pan.
  3. Season everything to taste and add the cheese. I use curry powder, garlic and a 6-herb mixture from the frozen pack. But there are no limits to your imagination.
  4. The recipe is great for people who want to lose weight. It is filling and has few calories.
