For the marinade:

- Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade. Dice the meat and add to the marinade. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, cut the pepper halves and the onions into large pieces. Cut the zucchini and bacon into slices.
- Drain the meat in the sieve, collecting the marinade, and stick the meat on skewers alternately with bacon, bell pepper, onion and zucchini.
- Grill the skewers or fry them slowly all around in a pan. Use the remaining marinade for brushing.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, potato salad or baguette.
