Cut the zucchinis into slices approx. 1 cm thick, clean the mushrooms, quarter the red onions, core the peppers and cut into pieces.
Mix the ingredients of the marinade well. Place the vegetables and mushrooms on 6 kebab skewers, brush the marinade on all sides and let them steep for a few minutes.
In the meantime, preheat the grill to 200 degrees. Grill the skewers for about 10 to 15 minutes (depending on how crispy the vegetables should stay).
Tastes very tasty with crispy, fresh wholemeal bread.
