Mix the margarine with the sugar and eggs until frothy. Add the vanilla sugar (or lemon flavor), baking powder and flour and work everything into a kneading dough. Chill for about 1 hour.
Turn the dough through the meat grinder with the additional device for shortbread biscuits. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cookies on it. Chill for another hour.
Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 10 - 15 minutes.
