Knead a shortcrust pastry from the flour, butter, 1 level teaspoon of salt and water. Let the dough rest briefly, then roll out about 2 mm thin. Lay out 12 buttered tartlet molds with the dough and prebake them in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 7-10 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Process sour cream with herbs, camembert and eggs to a smooth mass and season well. Spread the filling on the pre-baked tartlets.
Top the tartlets according to taste: with mushrooms, spring onion rings and strips of ham, crabs and dill. Then bake the herb tarts in the hot oven for about 15-18 minutes and then serve immediately.
