Halve the onions and cut into rings. Chop the garlic, parsley, chilli pepper and mushrooms into small pieces.
Heat a pan and fry the prawns in the herb butter. Then add the mushrooms, garlic, onions and the chilli pepper. Now fry everything again for about 3 minutes and then briefly fry the tomato paste. Pour on everything with a dash of white wine and almost let it evaporate. Now add the cream and the gnocchis.
Finally add the parsley and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Garnish with parmesan if necessary.
