Heat the oil in a pan. Cut the garlic into slices and add to the pan with the 2 lemon wedges. Fry briefly.
Add the prawns and season with pepper, salt and chilli flakes. Fry the prawns until cooked through. Add the herb butter, the fresh herbs and the juice of half a lemon to the pan. As soon as the herb butter has melted, simmer for another 2 minutes.
