Shrimp with Spicy Sauce Instructions

  1. Stir the shrimp well with 1 tbsp olive oil and pepper.
  2. Separately mix 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, chili peppers, paprika, cumin, lime juice and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet (or grill pan) well over high heat. Fry the shrimp, flipping once, for 3-4 minutes. Serve with cooked hot sauce, salad and fresh bread.
