Mix the tartar sauce, sour cream and yoghurt together well. Fold in the pressed garlic cloves and herbs. Season with a little salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, a little vinegar and mix everything well again, chill and later enjoy with the grilled meat.
Begin with the spices carefully so as not to adulterate the taste, i.e. vinegar first a teaspoon tip, 2 slightly stronger pinches each of salt and pepper, 1 stronger pinch of sugar. In the end, it is up to the individual taste to emphasize one or the other spice.
