Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and slice the carrots. Heat the oil in the pan, add the carrots, sprinkle with sugar and fry while stirring. Add the stock and cook for 5 - 8 minutes.
  2. Mix the cornstarch in the cream and add to the vegetables. Then bring to the boil, stirring, until the vegetables bind.
