Instructions

  1. Cut the meat and vegetables into strips. Mix the chicken strips with Ketjap Manis and let stand for about 10 - 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the meat and then the vegetables one after the other. Add water. Thicken the sauce with a little flour or use a sauce thickener. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook rice as directed and serve everything together.
