Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and mix with salt and baking powder. Then add the egg and mineral water until it becomes a firm dough.
  2. Shape the whole into 2 dumplings and add to boiling water. Let it steep for about 30 minutes. Finally cook for another 2-3 minutes! Take it out immediately and cut it up, otherwise it will collapse again!
