- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)
- Mineral water

- Sift the flour and mix with salt and baking powder. Then add the egg and mineral water until it becomes a firm dough.
- Shape the whole into 2 dumplings and add to boiling water. Let it steep for about 30 minutes. Finally cook for another 2-3 minutes! Take it out immediately and cut it up, otherwise it will collapse again!
