If the meatballs are frozen, thaw them in the hot broth with a bay leaf. If the sausages are not frozen, this step is not necessary. Then cut into slices.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook in the broth for about 20 minutes. When the potatoes are done, add the green beans with the stock, sausage slices and savory. Cook for another 10 minutes and season with white wine vinegar and pepper.
