Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash the apples. Cut both into wedges (eighths) and layer them in a baking dish. Sprinkle some salt over it. Spread honey over it. The amount of honey to taste, I use about 4-5 tablespoons, then it`s relatively sweet.

If you are unsure whether the chicken is done, you can use a knife test to find out whether the meat is easily detached from the bone. If so, the chicken is done.
