Here is a simple honey and mustard-based chicken marinade. Marinate meat for 1 hour or more, depending on the part of the carcass. Read more in the recipe!
Prepare products for the marinade: natural runny honey, soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, garlic (optional), salt and pepper. Other spices are optional.
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Pass the garlic through a press or cut into thin slices.
Marinate the meat and refrigerate under the lid for at least 1 hour for wings, at least 4 hours for a whole carcass.
The results are beautiful and ruddy wings! You need to bake them at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
