Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into rings, wash. Bring the clear broth to the boil and add the leek. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the leek is soft. Now put the butter in a pan, let it brown and add to the drained leek, stir. We always eat potatoes and scrambled eggs with it.
