Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, then knead in the eggs and quark.
The dough is sticky, don`t let that put you off.
Place baking paper on the grid, ideally with the help of 2 tablespoon. Place medium-sized piles on the baking sheet.
Then shape the piles slightly round with your hands.
Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for 15-20 minutes.
The sweeter variant: replace the teaspoon of salt with a pinch of salt + add 1 packet of vanilla sugar and mix in a handful of raisins. Makes delicious raisin rolls.
The hearty variant: grate 80 g Gouda cheese, mix into the dough. After shaping the rolls, add a handful of Gouda cheese to the rolls and then put them in the oven. Makes delicious cheese rolls.
