Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and drain.
Finely chop the onion, wash the vegetables (e.g. cauliflower, carrots, celery, broccoli, paprika), clean and cut into pieces.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan, sauté the onion and vegetables briefly, deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked through.
Add the pasta. Cut the sausages into small pieces and add them (I like to use tofu sausages). Season the soup with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
