Instructions

  1. Clean the pork and cut into cubes. Dice the peeled and washed potatoes as well. Clean, wash and cut the white cabbage.
  2. Fry the meat in hot oil in a large saucepan. Add the sliced onions and fry with them. Season with salt and pepper. Add the meat stock with the potatoes, the cabbage and the caraway seeds and let it stew for about 1 hour. Season to taste with salt.
