Mix the sesame oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, 5-spice powder, honey, sambal oelek and salt in a bowl. Add the ribs and stir until the marinade covers them. Cover and leave to marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Heat up the charcoal grill and grill the ribs greased with oil on the wire rack. Brush the ribs with the marinade every 15 minutes until the ribs are dark brown and crispy.
Sprinkle with chives and serve with rice and lemon wedges.
