Mix the quark and sour cream until smooth. Fold in the radishes and chives.
Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon of hot oil and place in a bowl. Mix with rice, carrot, breadcrumbs and cheese and season to taste. Then shape 3-4 meatballs from the mixture.
Heat the pan with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the meatballs on each side for approx. 3-4 minutes over medium heat (if you prefer it crispy, roll the meatballs in flour beforehand).
Meatballs on the plate, add the quark - that`s it!
A baguette or bread roll tastes good with it, but also a quick schnitzel or fried fish.
